Mr. Luo Fuquan, male, born in March of 1984 in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, bachelor degree, senior engineer, graduated from South China Agricultural University in 2008, with a major in electrical engineering and automation.

 

Mr. Luo Fuquan has previously served as the Technical Chief Engineer of Zhuhai Lanruimeng Electric Co., Ltd. Now he is the chief engineer of Tianjin Jingwei Zhengneng Electrical Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., more than ten years of experience in design , research and development on power products.

 

Mr. Luo Fuquan has long been committed to research in the field of power technology, led a team to develop the world's first 500kV dry-type air-core shunt reactor and obtained project contracts from overseas. Participated in the research and development of the first “RKSGKL-800-1800-50 dry-type air-core bridge-arm reactor” in China and “The research and application of key suppression technologies for local overheating of large dry-type reactors”, which have been identified by industry experts as International leading level; During this period, he published 7 professional thesis and applied for more than 40 patents. Among them, as the main inventor, 5 invention patents have been authorized, and other over 20 utility model patents. Led the project of Air-core Reactor Protection and Measurement Device" has won the Zhuhai Science and Technology Award - Independent Innovation Promotion Award, participated in the formulation of multiple industry standards, and won the second prize for technical standard innovation contribution awarded by State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company. Currently focus on the research of basic materials for reactors and participating in the research on projects from State Grid Corporation of China, including "Key Technology Research on New Electrical Materials for Ultra High Voltage Equipment" and "Application Technology Research on Key Insulation Materials for DC Equipment".
