On May 13, the "Highlights in Jinnan, Empowering with New Quality" Jinnan District Investment Promotion Conference was held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin). Vice Mayor of Tianjin Municipal People's Government, Fan Shaojun, co-founder of AsiaInfo and chairman of China Broadband Capital(CBC), Tian Suning, and Secretary of the Jinnan District Party Committee, Wang Baoyu, attended and delivered speeches. Deputy Secretary of the Jinnan District Party Committee and District Mayor, Yang Hao, Deputy Director of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee Organization Office, Zhou Jinsong, representatives from Nankai University and Tianjin University, heads from relevant municipal departments, leaders from various industries, schools, business associations, financial institutions, and representatives from medical services within the district, totaling nearly 700 people, participated in the event.

During the conference, 106 projects with a total investment of 21.911 billion yuan were signed involving sectors such as science, education, industry, exhibitions, commerce, agriculture, culture, and tourism. They are distinguished by their high-tech advancements, high output efficiency, and a wider range of draws. These initiatives will enhance the complementary strengths and integration of educational, exhibition, and scientific resources, boosting the industrial chain. This will enable Jinnan to capitalize on the major opportunities presented by the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. By further integrating resources across ecology, education, exhibitions, science and technology, culture, tourism, and commerce, the district will fortify its industrial chain. This integration will accelerate the formation of new productive capacities and build momentum for high-quality regional development. These efforts are part of the implementation of the "Ten Actions · Jinnan Action," designed to generate new growth dynamics.

At this conference, the Jinnan Productivity Map and Smart Management Platform were officially launched. The platform, based on revitalizing existing resources, combines planning, carriers, and projects to achieve full-process management of productivity resources. By leveraging digital empowerment, it enhances the quality and efficiency of investment promotion across the district, providing strong support for accelerating the formation of new quality productivity. Additionally, 14 investment ambassadors were appointed as the new "spokespersons" for Jinnan District, to deepen higher-quality cooperation and engagement.
